Paramount busca incorporar**un profesional para la posición** Softlines Sr Manager** para sumarse al equipo de Consumer Products en CDMEX. Será responsable de liderar**un rol clave en la expansión de nuestra unidad de **Productos de Consumo** en **México y NOLA**, liderando categorías como indumentaria, calzado, accesorios y hogar**.**

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar la estrategia comercial y la ejecución para las categorías de Softlines
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y vacíos de producto en los mercados clave
- Gestionar relaciones con licenciatarios estratégicos y negociar alianzas de alto nível
- Impulsar el rendimiento a través de programas de retail y KPIs
- Colaborar con equipos internos como Creativo, Franquicias, Finanzas, Legal y Retail
- Acompañar y apoyar a compañeros/as y miembros junior del equipo
- Desarrollar hojas de ruta estratégicas por categoría alineadas con las prioridades de las franquicias
- Analizar tendencias de mercado, desempeño de ventas y comportamiento del consumidor

**Requisitos**:
Nos orientamos a profesionales graduados en Administración, Economía, Marketing o carreras afines, con al menos 6 años de experiência en ventas, licencias o gestión de categorías (preferentemente en productos de consumo o entretenimiento). Buscamos perfiles con pensamiento estratégico con fuertes habilidades de negociación, buena comunicación y apasionado/a por el entretenimiento, la cultura pop y la innovación. Nível de Inglés avanzado es excluyente.
