Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _IT PMO Specialist_ located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the IT PMO Director, IT PMO Specialist role_ _will support the oversight of the IT goals and project portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality updates from all stakeholders. This role also assists in planning, organizing, and managing the completion of specific projects across the organization._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Support the administration of the IT goals, project portfolio, and resource tracking._
- _ Coordinate projects of varying complexity across functional teams._
- _ Maintain and update goals and portfolio management systems of record._
- _ Create and manage project schedules, action items, and follow-ups._
- _ Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and stakeholders to ensure accountability._
- _ Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery._
- _ Collaborate frequently with functional peer groups, middle management, and individual contributors; may interact with senior management._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Solid or relevant project or portfolio management experience._
- _ PMP certification (PMI) or equivalent preferred._
- _ Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)._
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools._
- _ Solid organization skills._
