Role**:PMO Technical Specialist**Location**:REMOTE **from anywhere in the Mexican territory.Practice**:Mechanical Physical Engineering**Industry - Sector**:Automotive**What YOU will do?**:You will be part of the vehicle development with responsibly to ensure overall program level feasibility and target setting.**YOUR profile**:- Good **conversational English **(B2, C1, C2)- Bachelor's Degree in **Engineering**:- 0 to 4 years of **automotive industry experience **at an OEM or large tier 1 in Product development engineering- **Manufacturing process **fundamentals understanding- Must be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinker- Strong **interpersonal **and **leadership **skills- Strong written and **presentation **skills are a must- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to interface with all levels of management**YOUR role**:- Coordinate, as a Vehicle Technical Manager deputy- Coordinate the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners- Prepare and coordinate the Change Management meeting- Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications).- Coordinate the Product/Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly) Coordinate the vehicle rework during the project**What can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?**:- Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients.- You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools.
