**Services Required**

**Primary Services**:

- **Consular Processing** from Mexico (U.S. Consulate in Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey)
- **Adjustment of Status** (within the U.S.)
- **Premium Processing** when expedited timelines are needed

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- **Document Preparation & Review**:

- Drafting specialized employment offer letters
- Completing immigration forms (DS-160, I-129, I-907)
- Document verification and organization
- Certified translations coordination
- **Application Management**:

- USCIS form completion and submission
- Consular appointment scheduling
- Payment processing for government fees
- Case status tracking through official portals
- **Client Support**:

- Consular interview preparation and coaching
- Document requirement guidance
- Remote support during appointment process
- RFE response preparation if needed

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Licensed attorney** in Mexico OR the United States with immigration law specialization
- **Native or fluent Spanish speaker** with excellent English proficiency
