**Responsibilities**: - independently asses risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. - Raise significant ORM-sourced issues to 1LOD areas when identify mainly process and people management gaps as most important risk factors that may cause operational risk materialization (it includes potential risk other than materialized events) - Escalate significant issues/losses that require senior awareness for enhancing internal control envronment as well as Business addicional corrective actions to reduce down risk exposure - Develops and maintains relationships across the business users and Lines of Defense to better understand and deliver customer requirements by responding to changes in the internal and external business environment **Qualifications**: - 10+ years relevant experience in Risk Management and Finantial Risks - English and Spanish fluency (very good speaking, reading, listening, writting) - In depth knowledge of Consumer Business Operational processes and technology platforms supporting the Operations. - Ability to identify root cause for significant Op Risk events and End to End Process view. Be very good at "connecting the dots" fastly and effectivelly identify business gaps that must be addressed by corrective actions - Outstanding capability to challenge business actions designed to mitigate Op Risks, identifying missing actions that must be part of business risk mitigation - Detailed oriented with analytical skills, as the role requires a large amount of data manipulation, risk approach interpretation and presentation. Good acknowledge on Microsoft Office Tools. - Be able to work even under pressure and stablishing priorities by her/his own, with flexibility to change planned activities.
