Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Quality Engineer _located in _Aguascalientes._
- Reporting to the Quality Manager, Quality Engineer role involves_ _maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Project startup preparation based on customer quality requirements._
- _ Product qualifications (PPAP)._
- _ Definition of quality metrics._
- _ Monitoring of internal and external actions due to customer complaints._
- _ Implementation of containment, corrective, and continuous improvement actions._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar degree._
- _ Intermediate-Advanced_ English._
- _ Define and approves the product, process or equipment qualifications._
- _ Develop and initiate inspection, quality test and evaluation methods._
- _ Communication Skills, Knowledge of Measuring Instruments, Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures._
- _ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions._
- _ Ability to write and propose reports, business correlations and procedure manuals._
- _ Ability to effectively communicate with managers and all the CFT._
- _ Quality Compliance overall knowledge (Environmental & Safety regulations)_
- _ Personnel management._
- _ Exercises sovereign judgment within defined procedures and practices according to Flex QMS and each project to achieve the goals_
