MAIN PURPOSE:
HR Analyst role supports the running activities of Human Resources function by creating documentation and data for Americas Countries Employees
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible of HR query management resolution by providing world class experience- Responsible of data management of Americas employees (Workday)- Support the creation of Americas documentation by KEM.- Effective communication with stakeholders and peers.- Guarantee the data quality by following audit processes on a regular basis.- Continues improvement process.- Identify and propose E2E process automation
WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, admin or a related field require.- Goal driven attitude.- Ability to work with cross functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.- Display influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and “can do” attitude.- High attention to detail, process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.- Strong quantitative skills for data driven decisions.- Language: Advanced English- Tools: Experienced in Excel, Outlook, MS Forms, Service Now or equivalent, Workday, or equivalent.
