Join WKKC in **Querétaro** as an **Order to Cash Analyst** and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll support the daily execution of customer order management, help resolve service issues, and contribute to accurate and timely processing — all while gaining exposure to supply chain, finance, and customer service functions in a dynamic shared services environment.

**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy and speed.
- Monitor order status and follow up on issues related to pricing, availability, or shipping delays.
- Communicate with customer service, sales, and distribution teams to resolve order-related challenges.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Review system reports and dashboards to validate order data and spot errors.
- Escalate recurring issues or trends to senior team members for resolution.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics and compiling routine reports.
- Follow established processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies (e.g., SOX).
- Identify opportunities to improve order handling and contribute to process enhancements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- You have 0-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a similar support role (internships count).
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office tools.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team environment.
- You bring a customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.**Nice to Have**:

- Bonus points if you’ve worked with ERP systems like SAP or understand the Order to Cash cycle.
- Experience in a shared services or corporate office setting is a plus.
