Moldflow Engineer

**DESCRIPTION**
- Perform Mold Flow analysis on product and tool designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and tool designers to produce a robust design meeting customer requirement:

- Work with Component Engineer and Tooling Engineer to determine product changes that optimize moldability.
- Perform Moldflow analysis to optimize the runner and cooling system design for new molds.
- Perform Moldflow analysis to optimize parts to minimize warpage conditions.
- Troubleshoot production problems using Moldflow analysis and molding experience.
- Perform Moldflow: fill, cool, pack and warpage analysis on new and existing components.
- Determine initial injection molding of process bases on analysis results.
- Prepare reports to present the results obtained.
- Maintain system documentation

Required:

- Prior Moldflow analysis experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the injection process (preferably)
- Knowledge of plastic component design
- Knowledge of injection mold design build and troubleshooting
- NX CAD knowledge
- Knowledge of plastic materials

Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (plastic engineering preferred).
- Experience in Moldflow software.
- 85% English
