**About the Role**
The Sr Rider Growth Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the business by focusing on initiatives to convert, engage and bring back customers from the Mobility business aligned to the Business strategy overall. This person will take a data driven and holistic approach to create and execute a project portfolio of growth initiatives, advise decisions and process improvements critical to the success of our customers based on the results of our initiatives and the qualitative and quantitative data gathered. It will require experimentation, deep analysis and understanding of incrementality, and a sharp sense on how to forge new paths. You will be first and foremost a strategist, with deep knowledge of our different products who will leverage support processes to obsess over scalably and cost effectively growing our Rider base.
**What you'll do**
- Develop strategy for our Rider Growth portfolio. Prioritize the portfolio according to the business needs and received requests, negotiate with different stakeholders when needed.
- Define the vision and be responsible for planning and execution.
- Design, execute, monitor and adjust initiatives as needed.
- Ensure that the program's initiatives are impactful, scalable and ROI positive leveraging different channels and incentives (R&A, promo codes etc.) to drive conversion / incrementality
- Drive analysis on projects/experiments and use that to advise meaningful strategic decisions.
- Work closely with team members to develop new processes and content that reflects strategic changes, product updates and support policies to our areas.
- Identify operational / process weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to supervise and communicate performance metrics as they relate to your line of business.
- Foster strong relationships across our different stakeholders.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 years of experience using data to drive business decisions
- The D(ecision) is with the Data - must be an analytical thinker with the ability to solve any problem in a structured way.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving: Ability to create and optimize processes in a practical manner
- Project and/or program management experience: Experience managing multiple moving parts with resource constraints
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in encouraging results in areas that aren't in your immediate responsibility. Keen understanding of the goals & priorities of your stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to create and present decks and develop written communication pieces to engage stakeholders
- Excellent execution and high standards: You are someone who finishes what they start and keeps iterating until a process works flawlessly almost every time
- Customer obsession: You have a genuine passion for our drivers and riders and want to be a force for positive change in their touchpoints with Uber
- 100% Fluent in English required, fluent in Spanish or Portuguese depending on hiring location
**Preferred Qualifications**
- High-growth operations or startup, technology, strategy consulting experience
- Salesforce & SQL
- Six Sigma, Change Management, and/or Project Management certifications
