**Responsibilities**
**What will you be doing?**

This position is on the Sector Service Management team as part of the IT Strategy & Transformation organization. The role reports to the IT Service Manager LATAM Lead.
- This role performs deliverables under two major categories.
- 2. Release Management Analysis. This role works closely with Functional Release Managers across IT in LATAM. This role involves governance and oversight of LATAM releases and integration with the change management to process.

**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related field.

5-7+ years overall IT experience in Application and/or Infrastructure Planning and Deployment

2-3+ years of IT Change Management and/or Release management experience

3-5+ years in Service Management (ITIL, process, tools) (Nice to have)

1- 2 years in Service Now (Nice to have)
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power-point, Office, Outlook)
- Experience with a Change and/or Release tool (ie. ServiceNow, Plutora, Azure Dev)
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc..)
- Very strong meeting facilitation, communication & presentation skills
- Excellent verbal (English), written (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills to enable the identification & proactive management of Change, Release and Control Management issues (MUST HAVE)
- Strong customer relationship skill, including working collaboratively, cooperative and adaptable while working with the diverse global customer base. (MUST HAVE)
