Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.Now we are looking for this position:Enterprise Service Management User Experience DesignerMain PurposeThe Enterprise Service Management User Experience Designer for GBS ESM team works with stakeholder teams to capture all User experience related requirements and design/develops all UX related artifacts & deliverables for PepsiCo Enterprise Service Management owned solutions (ServiceNow and other solutions over time). The ESM UX Designer will work as member of the team responsible for capturing UX related requirements & developing deliverables including personas, journey maps, wireframes, experience testing output, and ensuring experience design in incorporated into ESM delivered solutions. This role was approved as a permanent role in the GBS 2.0 CAR.AccountabilitiesResponsible for developing user experience related requirements and deliverables for ServiceNow and any other relevant ESM owned solutions, such as Personas, Journey maps, Wireframes, Stakeholder interviews & other discovery, experience testing, etc.Responsible for ensuring user experience design mindset is developed across the ESM & ServiceNow team, including product owners, developers, business analysts, and other relevant team members and stakeholdersWork with other experience designers (internal and external partners as relevant) and Dev Ops teams to ensure user design requirements are embedded into solution design & developmentParticipate in testing to ensure experience design requirements are included in developed solutionPartner across relevant PepsiCo teams (HR, IT, and others) to ensure growth of User Experience design capability across PepsiCoThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:Education/requirements- 2 + years of experience in UX, human centered design, design thinking, information architecture, with understanding of best practices and standards in both design and UX. - Desired- Experience in wireframing, service design, journey maps, usability testing, business analysis, and other relevant UX design related skills- Experience using Adobe, Figma, Sketch - MUST- Experience in implementation or support of ServiceNow or similar industry solutions. - DesiredDesired Differentiating Competences- Experience working on global projects or implementations- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams- Nice to have: Experience in implementation or support of ServiceNow or similar industry solutions.
