As a General Accounting Specialist, you will be a member of the General Ledger department, and you will be reporting to the USCA General Accounting Supervisor. The core function of this role provides multiple Finance support. This Job is located in Queretaro. **Main Responsibilities** - Monitor and review customer accounts receivable balances. - Investigate customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies. - Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and obtain necessary documents. - Create and reconcile customer accounts receivable reports. - Conduct research to resolve customer accounts receivable issues. - Ensure AR aging monitor and decrease. - Follow up on AR metrics. - Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards according PPG guidelines. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related). - Previous experience in Accounts Receivable 2-3 years - General knowledge on Tax legislation across Americas Region (Desirable) - ERP knowledge for AR module (Oracle/SAP/QAD). - Understanding of accounting entries and account reconciliation. - Intermediate-High knowledge in Excel. - General knowledge of US GAAP, NIF’s, and SOX’s. - English (level: intermediate)**.** **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
