- Do you hold a university degree in Finance or a related field?
- Do you bring at least 2-6 years of professional experience to the role?
- Are you knowledgeable about local regulations in finance, legal, and taxation matters?
- Do you have hands-on experience with SAP SD and FI, including collection and dispute management solutions?
- Are you familiar with KAS, KARI, and FCM for the relevant processes?
- Do you consistently act in line with the KONE Code of Conduct?
- Are you fluent in English and skilled at clear, effective communication?
- Do you excel in collaboration, coordination, and networking across teams and functions?

As our Credit Controller, you will take ownership of finance-related activities across the entire Order-to-Cash process within the unit, driving close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. You will coordinate credit management, collection, and dispute resolution processes to ensure that the unit meets its short
- and long-term business objectives, always in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
In this role, you will support the Unit Finance Director and partner closely with Business Controllers, external partners, and KONE finance teams at the frontline, Area, and Corporate levels. Acting as a trusted business partner to the frontline, you will work alongside business leaders in Sales, Operations, KONE Business Services (KBS), and Customer Service & Administration (CS&A) to enable smooth financial operations.
You will also be responsible for implementing credit policies that balance risk management with business growth, ensuring that repayments are made on time, credit losses are minimized, and arrears are managed efficiently. By tailoring collection strategies and dispute management processes to local conditions, while keeping alignment with global guidelines, you will safeguard financial performance and support sustainable operations. Additionally, you will ensure that the right competencies and skills are developed across the unit to strengthen dispute management capabilities and enhance overall financial discipline.
