Education: Active student in the final semesters of Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, Automotive Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes, preferably in assembly lines.
- Familiarity with Control Plan and PFMEA concepts.
- Interest and/or basic knowledge of PLC programming, Python, C++, LabVIEW, or similar, applicable to process automation.
- Understanding of industrial maintenance principles (preventive, predictive, autonomous).
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Interest in electric vehicle technologies and components as PDUs.
- Skills:

1. Assembly and Quality Process Support:

- Collaborate in the review and development of specific Control Plans for the PDU assembly process, ensuring product quality at each stage.
- Actively participate in the development and updating of Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), identifying assembly risks and proposing mitigation actions for electric motor components.
- Actively participate in the development and updating of internal processes and documentation for the testing area.
- Assist in verifying the quality of PDU assembly, performing inspections and functional tests according to established standards.

2. Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tool initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Value Stream Mapping) to optimize assembly flow, reduce waste, and improve ergonomics.

Participate in data collection and analysis to monitor performance according to SQDCM indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Maintenance), seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment efficiency and reliability.

3. Programming and Production Systems:
Assist in the programming and configuration of automation systems and assembly equipment, including PLCs, HMI systems, or line control software, to optimize work sequences.

Participate in the integration and validation of software and hardware at assembly stations.

4. Assembly Equipment Maintenance and Reliability:

- Collaborate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of assembly line machinery and tools, ensuring their operation and precision for production.
- Support the planning of stand-alone maintenance (TPM) and preventive maintenance, contributing to the availability and reliability of critical assembly equipment.
- Participate in the documentation of maintenance and operating procedures for assembly line equipment.

5. Team Management and Development:

- Interact and collaborate with technical personnel in the areas of production, quality, and maintenance, learning from their experience and supporting them in the execution of tasks.
- Develop communication and teamwork skills in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

6. Communication and Language Skills:

- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

Demonstrate a level of English that allows for reading technical documentation, participating in meetings, and communicating fluently with global teams, especially relevant in an advanced automotive technology environment.
