Quality Trainee

The Quality Trainee in the Layout Department is responsible for overseeing the measurement processes for dimensional specifications, attending to equipment calibrations, and maintaining measurement devices. This role includes establishing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to accurately review process characteristics using Control Charts, setting control limits, and activating reaction plans when necessary.
- Last/final semester university students (7th, 8th, 9th and 10th)
- School health insurance
- Availability to work On Site 25 hours per week
- English professional level
- College students in Engineering, preferably in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of SPC tools and methodologies, including Control Charts.
- Experience with calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to the automotive industry.

- Oversee the measurement processes to ensure dimensional specifications are met.
- Manage calibrations and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Establish and implement SPC methodologies for process characteristic reviews.
- Develop and maintain Control Charts, setting appropriate control limits.
- Activate reaction plans when control limits are exceeded to address process deviations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into processes.
- Conduct regular audits of measurement systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training on SPC tools and methodologies to the team.
- Work with suppliers to ensure measurement equipment and materials meet quality requirements.
