Join our dynamic recruitment team at Nortal as a **Responsibilities**: - ** Market Mapping**: Conduct comprehensive market mapping exercises to identify and analyze talent trends, skill gaps, and potential hiring challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on your findings. - ** Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and requirements. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and offer suggestions for optimizing our recruitment process. Qualifications: - Strong experience in a Sourcer role of a similar level. - Excellent background in creative sourcing and research strategies in skill-short markets. - Agile thinking - Constantly learning, adjusting your approach. - Growth mindset. Strong drive, continuously learn and get better. - Experience of data-driven decision-making, able to analyze internal data and external Talent Intelligence. - Business acumen - understanding the economics and market situation. How and what information is important to highlight and how to partner the best with the business. - Good at involving people, change management, selling ideas, coaching, and mentoring. - Ability to present findings to Recruiters and the business. - Good knowledge of sourcing and research tools and techniques that aid delivery in Talent Acquisition and the business. - Great people person. Be visible and accessible, having a strong cultural fit and values. - Effectively communicate in writing, verbally, and through presentations.
