Microsoft Alliance Manager
This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.
Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
**_ How you'll make your mark:_**- Key SME for NA HPE Microsoft team for ROK Sales across all segments
- Management of iPBM engagement and Digital Sellers readiness
- Goal of $5.9M ROK sales 1H FY23
- Drive engagement with iPBM teams around ROK and partnering with Microsoft
- Quarterly readiness with Digital Seller teams across all segments (ROK focused trainings)
- Weekly connects with various Digital Seller teams around Windows Server opportunities
- Bi-weekly pipeline review with Microsoft WS team (MTW file for NA)
- Create and drive ROK incentives for Digital Sellers and iPBM teams
- Daily SFDC key word reports for new opportunities from field or channel sellers (ROK focused)
- Attend events at local call centers for driving Digital Seller engagement
- Drive “partnering with Microsoft” mentality across Digital Seller community
**_ About you:_**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 4-6 years experience
- Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities
- Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
- Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
