Tasks
To lead and to coordinate all responsibilities of Purchasing Department in acquisition and development phase with BOM cost calculation.

Set the target prices for each part and achieve them in the sourcing of new parts. The Advanced Purchaser is involved since the acquisition phase of the project, until the Start of Production; with total responsibilities of achieving purchasing goals as well as assuring the availability of every part of the Bill of Materials on time.

Purchasing representative in the project team starting from acquisition phase until SOP and interphase to Category Management.

Covering supplier cost, supplier component quality, component timing and technical feasibility through supplier.

Ensure early involvement of purchasing and suppliers in the project.

Control Bill of Material cost.
Leading role in Special Projects in Purchasing
Follow up on supplier and material status during product development phase and design cost activities during product development phase
Mainly responsible for the selection of Suppliers for each part of the Bill of Materials.

The Advanced Purchaser also has to follow the Purchasing Department goals and strategy.
Generate cost reduction programs for BU products after SOP, Support technical changes until SOP // Support yearly budget planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- Min. 4 years experience in Supply Chain Management
- Advanced knowledge of excel & SAP
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to Travel within the Region and International.
- Desirable automotive industry background, sourcing process and projects development, Material knowledge such as; Plastics, Mechanical components, Ability to interface with all position levels within the organization
