**Tasks**:The Head of Advanced Purchasing Segment 5 leads all APs in regards to Segment 5 & specific UX Americas Projects.(Lead of UX SQM functions, if required) UX PUR Deputy for the Americas.Segment 5 Core Management Team member, reporting to VP UX S5.Steers the UX S5 business by close tracking of related Purchasing KPIs for S5 & UX Americas and derives appropiate actions to achieve objectives (APR/PPV; PCIS Cost Targets; Project Timing; Re-DTC; etc).Responsible to actively participate in UX Strategy Development for S5 and Americas, translate this in a tangible strategy input for Global Category Management and ensure actively strategy alignment and setting btw all stakeholder.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor of Science required- Master's degree preferred- 2-3 years experience in purchasing functions- 2-3 years of project experience- 2-3 years of leadership experience- capability to operate in different cultures- Capability to work in an international environment- Communicate with Impact to lead a result- Efficient management of resources- Guidance of employees within Purchasing BA UX- Execution of Purchasing Procedures / Strategies**What we offer**:Benefits above law**About us**:Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
