**In your role, you will**:

- Collaborate with IT project teams, stakeholders, and business sponsors to develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.
- Identify potential change impacts and risks, evaluate readiness for change, and manage knowledge transfer to facilitate the transition of individuals and teams to a future state.
- Create and execute plans to reduce resistance to change, improve communication, and ensure business and project alignment.
- Create effective communication plans to keep audiences informed about upcoming changes.
- Nurture strategic relationships with key business sponsors, leaders, and employees.
- Establish metrics to measure change success and effectiveness.
- Generate reports and documentation related to change initiatives progress and status.
- Coach IT project and business resources on change management practices.
- Design and facilitate training programs
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational change management,
- You hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- You have an in-depth understanding of manufacturing business environment and related processes and of organizational / human issues associated with business process changes.
- You have a demonstrated track record in effective project management.
- You have change management experience with SAP projects/ experience partnering with IT teams
- You have a previous IT solution implementations experience
- You are fluent in French and English.
