We are looking for a Coordinator Lab & Test to join our QHSE team. Based in Tetla - Mexico.

Main responsibilities:

- Supervise the preparation of quality certificates, final test reports and release reports of finished product.
- Support and monitoring of the certification process of the products registered with the different organizations such as: ANCE, CFE, CIDET, CFE, etc.
- Lead and implement methodologies such as control plans, process audits, dock audits, start-up audits and improvement teams focused on waste reduction, usage and productivity increase.
- Supervise the areas of In-Process Inspection, Finished Product and Testing Laboratories.

Who are we looking for?
- University degree preferably in Industrial / Electric / Electronic / Metallurgical or Materials Engineering.
- Advanced level of at English written and spoken.
- High analytical skills, proactive approach.
- At least 3 years of experience in cable manufacturing
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Teamwork with interdisciplinary departments
- Actively explore and understand customer needs
- Always acts as a role model, ensuring the integrity and delivering on promises
