**Position Objective**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create list segmentation and target lists within ESP for all promo campaign activity
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template
- Ensure messages are mobile-friendly and rendering appropriately across all technology platforms
- Provide insights and into top performing segments and categories
- Create documentation for workflows and procedures

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience using Excel and other spreadsheet tools
- Preferred experience using an ESP (Marketo preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present performance, insights and recommendations to Manager of Campaign Operations
- Excellent organization and time planning skills with solid attention to detail
- Ability to establish specific priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work in a remote team and across all departments
- Experience with digital campaign creation
- Preferred understanding of HTML coding
- Ability to overlap with the majority of US operating hours (9am -5pm est)
