400+ employees, 9 countries, and 1 mission - to amplify the voice of physicians globally.That is where you come in.Helping unite physicians across the world to support better patient outcomes—and even save lives— is an incredible feeling.Join usWhat we're about:- Community: with 20+ years of tradition and innovation, our team has built the world's largest online community of 1.3M medical professionals and a trusted network of leading industry partners - and we're growing every day.- Innovation: our tech-first approach to the conventional worlds of physician engagement and rapid healthcare insights powers our ability to improve workflows in unique ways.- Collaboration: making an impact in healthcare is serious work, but that doesn't mean we can't have a good time while we're at it.We laugh together, we don't take ourselves too seriously, and we're always trying to make our customers crack a smile.What we're looking for:Research Operations Associate you will assist our Research Managers / Client Success Managers to set-up market research projects using our internal surveying tools.You will then use an array of data visualization and statistical software to help internal stakeholders and clients gain insights from the collected data.Key responsibilities:- Set-up market research surveys and fieldwork targets using Sermo's internal platform.- Monitor project's fieldwork and liaise with Research Managers / Client Success Managers on ways to make project fieldwork execution as efficient as possible.- Assist Research Managers / Client Success Managers on structuring data visualization software for the most logical and useful portrayal of the data collected.- Liaise with other internal operational functions (Survey Programming & QA, Data Processing, Coding) to adjust to projects' requirements.- Document roadblocks encountered with either the data collection or visualization platforms and liaise with the development team for each on ad-hoc solutions.**Requirements**:- Analytical and deadline-driven personality- Strong communication skills and proven track record working in cross-departmental groups- Excellent attention to detail.- Teamwork and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree on market research / data analysis related field.- This is an entry-level position but any previous experience on internal Sermo's custom fieldwork tools, project execution and / or data processes such as the below would be a plus.- Market research survey flow and logic- Sampling feasibility assessment- Database management- Data Processing- Tabulations and Charting- Verbatim Coding**About**:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse environment.We do not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, medical condition or disability, or any other legally protected status
