Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager - Marketing Website Migration to lead the end-to-end execution of a high-stakes migration of our corporate marketing website from WordPress to Contentstack (headless CMS) and Next.js. You’ll be the strategic driver who keeps the vision, execution, and stakeholders perfectly aligned—balancing technical realities with business goals.

Tasks
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive the end-to-end execution of a high-stakes corporate marketing website migration from WordPress to Contentstack (headless CMS) and Next.js.
- Analyze current vs. future-state systems to inform migration strategy, identify risks, and support decision-making.
- Orchestrate timelines, sprints, dependencies, and scope across technical (developers, QA), creative (brand/UX), and business (marketing, SEO) teams.
- Lead coordination between external design agencies, the web development team, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and seamless functional delivery.
- Serve as the single point of truth across stakeholders—communicate project health, blockers, and risks with clarity and urgency.
- Translate business and marketing goals into sprint-ready tasks, ensuring daily content updates and fast feedback cycles.
- Leverage tools like Asana, Figma, Google Suite, and analytics platforms to keep teams aligned and accountable.
- Own QA planning and deployment readiness to ensure brand consistency and technical performance across every launch milestone.

**Requirements**:
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of experience leading marketing website migrations or rebrands, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth MarTech environments.
- Proven experience managing complex website migrations
- Strong background in working with brand design and cross-functional teams (marketing, dev, SEO, analytics).
- Familiarity with agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) and rapid iteration environments—daily shipping, fast feedback, and shifting priorities.
- Tools: Google Suite, Figma, Asana, Webflow, analytics dashboards. (We avoid Microsoft Office/Project.)
- Executive presence and communication skills—you’re comfortable presenting updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B lead-gen websites and CRO/SEO alignment.
- Bonus: Experience managing headless CMS transitions (e.g., Contentstack, Contentful, Sanity) and modern frontend stacks like Next.js.
