We pride ourselves on the delivery of efficient, insightful, and actionable consultation - our success comes from our customers’ success, and from the relationships we build through our unique combination of industry-leading expertise, focus on our customers’ goals, and dedication to continuous innovation and growth within the team.**The Role**We are seeking a detail-oriented, agile, and business-minded Program Manager to support Inviso’s worldwide Solution Assessment business. Following an initial ramp period, the role will primarily interface with and support the Consulting Services Director overseeing the global program, as well as with our regional teams/leads and Microsoft clients.**Responsibilities Include**:- Coordinating initiatives and activities across our WW Solution Assessment business, monitoring, and reporting on same (project status, KPI/SLA tracking, etc.). Communicating status of activities and managing communications across internal (Inviso) and external (Microsoft) audiences clearly and professionally, contributing to positive relationships and working dynamics as a part of the Inviso culture.- Acting as a central point of contact for inquiries and needs from program clients, triaging and addressing or redirecting these incoming requests as appropriate.- Supporting Rhythm of Business activities, (monthly, quarterly, etc.) by aggregating & analyzing data, creating presentations, and compiling feedback across teams for both internal (Inviso) and external (Microsoft, Partner, Customer) audiences.- Engage with regional teams to support data hygiene, across Inviso and Microsoft systems.- Managing financial processes related to the business (partnering with an Accounting team).- Take ownership of program processes and work to innovate or optimize them, both at a specific process level, and zooming out with a keen understanding of the business to advise on opportunities to add efficiency and grow.The Program Manager will rapidly develop a deep Subject Matter Expertise in the Solution Assessment business, enabling our global teams to work more effectively, delivering great impact to Microsoft and creating growth opportunities for Inviso’s business.In the longer term, as the Program Manager takes ownership of and helps optimize functions within the Solution Assessment business, opportunities to grow and diversify the role by undertaking similar responsibilities in other areas of Inviso’s Consulting Services business will be made available.**The Opportunity**Members of Inviso’s team sharpen key skills in collaboration with the Microsoft and Inviso communities, benefitting from the broad network of Inviso lines of business and client relationships across Azure, BI, Consulting, and Marketing solution areas.Inviso Fast Facts:- 15+ years of Microsoft consulting experience- High employee retention, average employee tenure of 5 years- 4.8 (out of 5) star rating as a Microsoft Vendor- Microsoft Gold Partner - Cloud Platform, Data Platform and Data Analytics**Successful applicants will have**:- 5+ years of practical experience in program management.- Demonstrated capability in working with financial as well as other data, and analytical skills. The ability to rapidly digest and confidently navigate datasets, and to analyze and manage data is crucial.- Highly technical analysis is not required, but a fundamental comfort working in, analyzing, contextualizing, and drawing insights from data is.- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple initiatives concurrently and balance priorities and ambiguity successfully - organizational skills are key- Experience working with a distributed workforce - we are a diverse, global organization, and coordination across that organization is central to the role.- Experience preparing top-quality presentations from data with mínimal or no oversight for a defined purpose or audience.- Proficiency in MS Office.- Strong preference for applicants who have worked within the Microsoft ecosystem, whether as Vendor or Partner- Familiarity with Microsoft internal CRM tools and data will be a very strong differentiator- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Solution Assessment program is an additional differentiator**About Inviso**:Inviso is a growing mid-size technology consulting firm that offers a wide range of business services for small to enterprise organizations across a wide range of industries.
