**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish courteously and professionally.
- Provide support and solutions to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems.
- Perform general office and administrative tasks.
- Assist in creating reports and tracking customer interactions.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles.
- Proficient with office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and a customer-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a corporate or bilingual call center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools.
