Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un **Manufacturing IT Manager **( IT Manager - Ceramics MES) con **inglés avanzado** para unirse a nuestro equipo. El IT Manager será el encargado de liderar proyectos y equipos relacionados con el sistema de **ERP de manufactura (MES)** en la región. Su enfoque será garantizar el desarrollo, soporte y cumplimiento de los ciclos de vida de los proyectos MES, aportando soluciones estratégicas y de alta calidad. **Responsabilidades principales**: - **Liderar y gestionar proyectos MES** en las plantas de Monterrey. - **Coordinar equipos MES** locales para asegurar entregas dentro de plazos y estándares de calidad. - Administrar **cambios de código** en aplicaciones para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio. - Asegurar la **implementación de políticas y procedimientos** en gestión de cambios e incidentes. - Elaborar y supervisar **reportes operativos y gerenciales** relacionados con MES. - Realizar **reuniones de seguimiento **con los gerentes de las plantas de manufactura en México. - Tomar decisiones sobre la **continuidad de producción **en casos de riesgo para empleados o el medio ambiente. **Requisitos**: - **Educación**: Licenciatura en áreas de TI (deseable Maestría en TI). - **Experiência**: Mínimo 5 años en TI y 3 años liderando proyectos. **Conocimientos técnicos**: - Metodologías ágiles (SCRUM) para el desarrollo y gestión de proyectos de software. - VB NET, C# - Bases de datos: SQL y ORACLE (nível desarrollador). - ERP ORACLE EBS. - Generación de reportes con Power BI. - Desarrollo web: VUE, MicroService, DevOps. - **Idiomas**: Inglés avanzado (mínimo nível B2). - **Competencias**: Liderazgo, capacidad analítica y trabajo en equipo. **Ofrecemos**: - Prestaciones de ley y paquete de prestaciones superiores. - Proyecto estable con enfoque innovador. - Modalidad presencial en Monterrey. **¿Interesado(a)?** Postúlate enviando tu CV actualizado en inglés por este medio o al correo de contacto con el asunto**:"IT Manager"** Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month **Education**: - Master's (preferred) **Experience**: - Gestionar y adaptar el sistema MES: 5 years (preferred) **Language**: - Inglés avanzado (preferred) Work Location: In person
