Descripción Develop and implement IT architecture strategies to align with business goals in the manufacturing industry. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems. Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and guidelines. Analyze current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical leadership for system design and development projects. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards. Support the technology department with strategic planning and execution. Perfil buscado A successful Enterprise Architect should have: Minimum 8+ years in IT enterprise applications and systems architecture. A strong background in manufacturing systems. Strong background in ERP (Oracle EBS or SAP ECC/S/4HANA) and MES integration strategies. Expertise in developing enterprise architecture frameworks. Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in IT governance, enforcing architecture principles, and managing system lifecycle documentation.
