**Purpose and Objective**

Plan, control and manage Consolidation Center Budget, financial planning to accomplish KPI´s related to cost reduction, and material/service monthly procurement complying with quality standards, availability and price restrictions.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly financial statement reports.
- Prepare, conciliate and negotiate monthly reimbursement of surplus expenses.
- Controls on a monthly basis department expenses.
- Analyze monthly department budgeting to propose cost optimization.
- Prepares timely information budgeting according to Finance requirements.
- Perform monthly conciliation with JIS by Vendor clients to define sales and monthly profit.
- Preparation, review and update of contracts.
- Coordinate cost reduction projects with all areas to identify and implement continues improvement and reduce wastes
- Research suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, and production capabilities.
- Evaluate suppliers and prepare bid proposals.

**Requeriments**

Degree (Engineer, Administration)

Experience: + 3 years

English 90%
