To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience recruiting for blue collar and/or white collar positions in the US THIS IS NOT AN IT RECRUITING ROLE), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Knowledge/Skills required**:

- **At least 2 year of recruiting experience (working only in recruitment for the US) mandator**y.
- 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Proven track record of delivering hiring results
- Experience using diverse tools for sourcing
- Experience in global recruitment operation
- Experience in Boolean searching
- Great written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- High School mandatory.
- Preferred degrees: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Administration, or other related discipline,
- Great MS Office skills,
- English skills (must keep a business conversation).

- Persuasion

**Typical Responsibilities**:

- Experience in operation continuity, problem solving & decision making.
- Prepare and publish job postings and give follow-up to applicants.
- Review, control, and update of vacancy reports

Pay: From $35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
