**IT Technical Support**:

As an IT Technical Support specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. **Objectives of this role**:
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements.
- Support Business Managed Systems / DevOps in resolving incidents; address blocking issues, offer hands-on assistance to teams and other global teams if needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage vendors and procure ongoing services.
- Complete systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, ensuring components meet business needs and work together seamlessly.
- Provide technical support when needed.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Two years of experience in IT.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT professionals.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with a Windows Domain Environment (Servers, Active Directory, DHCP, Print Services, Security Groups).
- Basic to intermediate English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer systems.
