**IT Technical Support**:
Are you ready to be part of a team that sets the standard for world-class IT support? At Copeland, we strive for excellence in everything we do. As an IT Technical Support specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. **Objectives of this role**:

- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements.
- Support Business Managed Systems / DevOps in resolving incidents; address blocking issues, offer hands-on assistance to teams and other global teams if needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage vendors and procure ongoing services.
- Complete systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, ensuring components meet business needs and work together seamlessly.
- Provide technical support when needed.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure accurate documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Two years of experience in IT.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT professionals.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with a Windows Domain Environment (Servers, Active Directory, DHCP, Print Services, Security Groups).
- Basic to intermediate English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer systems.
