**Position Summary**:
Our team integrates an international chain of experts in urban design, architecture, civil engineering, transportation, landscaping, communications, software development and many more areas of specialist activity. The combination of our local knowledge with global experience helps us deliver the best results to our clients in the region.

A vital part of our success is the dedication of our Finance team. We are searching for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will be an integral member of the Corporate Finance Team to work on the operations, accounting, finance and commercial processes for our Latin America offices.

**Role Accountability**:

- Regional Office and Project accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Preparation of the annual budget together with local leadership
- Contributing to the preparation of business plans, financial analysis, bidding, contracting etc.
- Management of bank accounts, cash flows and local taxation issues
- Supervision of salary payments and expense reports reimbursement
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects as required
- Provide innovative solutions to improve existing processes

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree level education in Finance, Law or Business
- CPA designation is required
- 5 + years of experience in a corporate finance \ accounting function
- Self-learning skills and proactive approach for solving problems
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-motivated and innovative thinking
- Full command of the English and Spanish languages: written, spoken and read
