UX Designer

As a UX Designer at Alliance Virtual Offices, you will assist in conducting user research and testing, developing wireframes, and collaborating with senior designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly websites and software. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of UX design best practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
- Collaborate with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly websites and software.
- Contribute to solving design problems, focusing on usability and functionality.
- Utilize UX design best practices to craft solutions, with a basic understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Use UX software such as Adobe XD or Figma; familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Participate in rapid testing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterating designs efficiently.
- Build design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, product owners, and management to guide solutions into production.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail in design (typography, color, balance, etc.).
- Be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of UX design experience.
- Understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design and UX software, including Adobe XD, Figma, and similar tools.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- English Fluency: C2 level English proficiency required for seamless communication.
- Portfolio of Work: Must provide a sample showcasing your work.
