**Job Summary**
**Receiving and Shipping Leader** **duties and responsabilities**:
- Maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing material shipments.
- Assuring no damaged material are sent or received.
- Properly accounting for the location of material incoming.
- Supervise production requirements and shipment scheduling, as well as validation and monitoring of material inputs and outputs.
- Updating and control of procedures, inventory control and validation of good raw material labeling.
- Make a difference in the follow-up and customer service.
- Compliance with operational metrics and active participation in security activities.
- Ensure the necessary resources for the activities of shipment, receipt, production according to the needs of the area.
- Coordinate and delegate functions to strappers and team members.
**Job Requirements and experience**:
- Industrial engineering or equivalent
- **Advanced English (desired)**:
- **+ 25 years old**:
- **Previous experience in a similar position/industry (at least 2 years of experience)**:
- Experience in metalworking/automotive industry (desired)
- ASTM/IATF/ISO900 Standars
- Availability to roll shifts
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience in managing personnel
- Management skills, negotiation, leadership, planning, team management multidisciplinary, problem solving and data analysis, skills for the decision making.
