Reporting to the Global Order Management PMO - is a key role within the functioning of the Production department. The role will cover both general production administration duties and order processing duties.

What you will do:

- Effectively manage the Order Process Team to ensure all reports and information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure the production dashboard is updated on a daily basis and any potential issues are communicated to the Production Team
- Ensure that the open order report is maintained and update accordingly
- Using open order reports ensure correct sequence of orders, locate orders in production and expedite as necessary.
- Working with all departments and systems ensure all orders are processed efficiently, including cancellations, missing and late. Identify late orders and expedite. Resolve any order issues with appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure continuous flow of production orders from order release to shipping.
- Work with Contact Centre on out-of-stock issues, discontinued items and any other order issues that require customer decision.
- Resolve any Oracle issues preventing orders from shipping.
- Any other duties deemed necessary to deliver TAT within Company expectations

Experiência y requisitos

Essential criteria:

- Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Repoman and MS Office
- Production planning experience minimum of 2 years
- Strong communication skills both Verbal & Written.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines & multi-task effectively.
- Works well under pressure with good problem solving skills and a can do attitude
