Descripción y detalle de las actividadesReporting to the Global Order Management PMO - the Production coordinator Contact Centre is a key role within the functioning of the Production department. The role will cover both general production administration duties and order processing duties.What you will do:- Effectively manage the Order Process Team to ensure all reports and information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner- Ensure the production dashboard is updated on a daily basis and any potential issues are communicated to the Production Team- Ensure that the open order report is maintained and update accordingly- Using open order reports ensure correct sequence of orders, locate orders in production and expedite as necessary.- Working with all departments and systems ensure all orders are processed efficiently, including cancellations, missing and late. Identify late orders and expedite. Resolve any order issues with appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure continuous flow of production orders from order release to shipping.- Work with Contact Centre on out-of-stock issues, discontinued items and any other order issues that require customer decision.- Resolve any Oracle issues preventing orders from shipping.- Any other duties deemed necessary to deliver TAT within Company expectationsExperiência y requisitosEssential Criteria:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent administrative skills, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.- Capable of meeting tight deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks.- Thrives under pressure, equipped with strong problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- comedor- fondo de ahorro- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Tuno de 10 horas- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera trunca o en curso**Inglés **Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
