**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales. Work to resolve Materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.
- Scheduling of Incoming material, overall ownership of material ordering and availability
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure plant inventory objectives are met.
- Release orders to suppliers to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory & prepare requirements for purchased and manufactured parts.
- Monitoring transit material from supplier, knowledge to work with logistic and trade compliance to ensure material to be received in time.


A. Analyze, Planning and require the raw material and/or subassemblies for OEM & Service Parts production lines (releases)

B. Avoid production line shutdown due to lack of raw material or subassemblies

C. Manage Phase In / Phase Out to avoid obsolete material

D. To resolve all the discrepancies of shipments with suppliers and internal customers

E. Drive continuous improvements

F. Support to engineering changes (pro launch and cost out projects) and new projects

G. Monitor inventory levels to ensure plant inventory objectives

H. Follow-up supplier shipments & Track the supplier delivery

I. Maintaining ERP system on a regular basis and follow the FIN-28

J. Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution

K. Release and tracking the Work order for subassemblies parts.

L. Active Participation in Danfoss Activities (Inventory, Audits, Opex projects)

M. Work under the guidelines, policies, and processes of Danfoss IATF 16949 and ISO 14000

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
- SAP Intermediate level (Must) / ERP Planning skills (SAP)
- English Advanced Level
- Negotiations & Leadership skills
- MRP knowledge
- Technical knowledge of bill of material structuring, schedule execution, and inventory management
- APICS training (Desirable)
- More than 4 years of experience as materials planner or tactical buyer in automotive industry or similar, working with global suppliers
- Work under the guidelines and policies of Danfoss, IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 Environmental.
