Ansell is looking for a Senior Manager BI & Data Analytics to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico In this position you will play a vital role in shaping how the organization leverages data to drive strategy and performance. As the accountable owner for all business intelligence initiatives across GPMO, this leader will champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and deliver impactful insights through advanced analytics, including descriptive, predictive, and AI-enabled solutions. Acting as the executional engine for business analytics and strategy, the Sr. Manager will translate business priorities into actionable insights, develop intuitive dashboards, and build scalable data solutions that reduce manual reporting and unlock new sources of business value. Identify and prioritize high-value analytics use cases. Partner to embed AI into GPMO tools and workflows (e.g., predictive modeling, automated insights). Lead and own the Data Analytics strategy for GPMO, setting the direction for analytics and data-driven insights. Coordinate master data clean-up and enrichment projects to enable advanced analytics. Serve as the leader and tactical executor for all GPMO Data Analytics initiatives, ensuring dashboards, reporting, and analytics are fully aligned enterprise priorities. Strategize, design, and implement business analytics platforms, driving adoption and embedding data-driven decision-making at all levels. Partner directly with executive stakeholders (Finance, Strategy, Commercial, BU leaders) to ensure BI and Analytics inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth. Champion a culture of analytics, leading change management and capability-building efforts across GPMO and BUs. Foster and champion predictive analytics and trend analysis to support leadership in identifying risks and opportunities, and performance drivers. Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations that shape business strategy. Own the continuous improvement of GPMO Data and Analytics processes and tools, operating with full autonomy and accountability for results. Demonstrate self-direction and initiative, consistently leading enhancements and delivering impact without waiting for instruction. What will you bring to Ansell? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred. 8–10+ years’ experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance or performance management within a global environment. Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data visualization techniques. Demonstrated success in driving KPI adoption and building BI capability at scale. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement BI processes that support strategic planning and decision-making. Proven ability to operate at both executive/strategic and tactical levels, delivering results independently. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence across functions. Demonstrated ability to integrate and govern data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
