The Marketing and PR Specialist is a dynamic professional responsible for driving the company’s marketing and communication strategy to establish the company as a leader in the industry. This individual will excel in both marketing and public relations, leveraging their expertise to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute the marketing and communication strategy to increase the company's brand awareness within the industry.
- Coordinate and plan content creation and copywriting for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives. Tailor efforts to increase brand awareness and attract top talent
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, product development, and project management, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand identity efforts
- Oversee photo and video production, working closely with content creators to produce engaging visual content
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and maximize brand exposure
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform marketing and PR strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- Marketing Experience: Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques, including traditional and digital channels, with a keen awareness of industry trends and best practices
- Written and Verbal Communication in English and Spanish
- PR Knowledge: Familiarity with PR practices such as media outreach, press release development, event participation, etc.
- Content Creation: Experience in creating diverse content types, including social media content, newsletter, informative white papers, etc.
