Importante Empresa de Marketing Solicita:CUSTOMER SPECIALIST REQUISITOS Licenciatura en Marketing, Relaciones publicas o Comunicación Experiencia 1 a 2 años en: Managment de influencers, artistas o figuras públicas Inlfuencer Marketing/ Advocacy Relaciones públicas (PR) para marcas Auto propio Manejo de Excel intermedio y CRM´s Disponibilidad de horario Disponibilidad para viajar Inglés intermedio CONOCIMIENTOS / HABILIDADES Proactividad e iniciativa Trabajo bajo presión Comunicación efectiva Negociación y manejo de relaciones comerciales Organización y seguimiento de proyectos. FUNCIONES Supervisar el cumplimiento de metas junto con el equipo comercial. Operar y dar seguimiento a las cuentas asignadas. Revisar y responder diariamente correos y mensajes de talentos. Negociar con marcas, enviar cotizaciones y dar seguimiento. Proporcionar datos para elaboración de contratos y alta de proveedores. Registrar campañas en CRM. Coordinar procesos de facturación. Analizar métricas y perfiles de talentos Asistir a briefs con clientes y marcas JORNADA Y ZONA LABORAL Zona laboral: Monterrey, Nuevo León Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 10: 00 am a 6:00 pm y Sábados en home office de 10:00 am a 2:00 pm.
