Determina los níveles de Kan Ban
- Determina cuales materiales son de Kan Ban y cuales son de MRP
- Establece el consumo de materiales de Kan Ban y de MRP
- Negociación de precios con Proveedores, en coordinación con Gerente de Planta
- Desarrollo de nuevos proveedores en coordinación con Gerente de Planta.
- Realiza ordenes de compra de los materiales.
- Trabaja en coordinación con control de producción para asegurar el suministro de los materiales a tiempo
- Da el soporte a el coordinador de Almacén en la determinación y disposición de estos materiales
- Análisis del reporte ABC y acciones correctivas para eliminar excesos de los materiales
- Da soporte al equipo en lo relacionado a los cambios de diseño
- Trabaja con los proveedores en la implementación de los cambios
- Es responsable del control del costo del inventario
- Solicitar inventarios cíclicos de materiales de alto impacto por costo y genera reportes para seguimiento y acciones de corrección.

**Perfil requerido**:

- Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial o carrera afin.
- Ingles conversacional intermedio
- avanzado.
- Excelente manejo de M.Office
- Amplios conocimientos de Excel ( Tablas Dinámicas )

**Experience**: Preferred
- 3 year(s): Interacción en idioma ingles con proveedores
- 3 year(s): Planeación de materiales en empresa internacional

**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or better in Engineering or related field
