- *Estrategias de abastecimiento: *Diseñar y utilizar estrategias efectivas para encontrar acuerdos y proveedores rentables.
- *Búsqueda de proveedores:* Identificar proveedores rentables y establecer asociaciones comerciales.
- *Negociación:* Negociar términos ventajosos con proveedores externos.
- *Aprobación de pedidos: *Autorizar la compra de bienes y servicios necesarios.
- *Seguimiento de contratos: *Evaluar y probar contratos existentes.
- *Métricas funcionales: *Realizar un seguimiento y reportar métricas clave para reducir gastos y mejorar la eficacia.
- *Colaboración: *Trabajar con personas clave para garantizar claridad en las especificaciones y expectativas de la empresa.
