**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients and their families.
- Collect, verify, and enter client information accurately into the system.
- Explain home care services and answer client questions with clarity and empathy.
- Coordinate with care teams to schedule assessments and initiate services.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple cases.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in **Spanish and English** (verbal and written) is required.
- Previous experience in **home care, healthcare intake, or related field**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.
**What We Offer**:
- Hybrid position with the opportunity to transition to fully remote long term.
- Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends required.
