**Position Summary**:
We are currently recruiting for a to Finance Manager Mexico to join our existing Finance Americas team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) division.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Realizar documentos de cumplimiento de Corrupción Extranjera y Antisoborno, comprender las reglas SOX, completar informes financieros de acuerdo con las pautas de la compañía.
- Coordinar los informes de previsión mensuales y ayudar en la creación del presupuesto anual según sea necesario.
- Dirigir el equipo Financiero en México diariamente.
- Preparar informes corporativos para la empresa matriz en Japón.
- Responsable del cierre mensual del libro mayor y la producción de estados financieros mensuales.
- Completar informes de fin de año (impuestos y propuestas de auditoría).
- Administrar la información del sistema de contabilidad local para cargar información de fin de mes y pronóstico de acuerdo a lo planificado.
- Conciliaciones de cuentas principales.
- Coordinación de cálculo de impuestos por mes y fin de año.
- Coordinación de auditorías internas y externas.
- Comprender el reconocimiento de ingresos por porcentaje de finalización (POC) y conciliar proyectos mensualmente
- Coordinación de todas las operaciones financieras bajo políticas corporativas, GAAP y pautas Legales.
- Creación de informes de estado mensuales y semanales
