**Requisition ID **: **It is an exciting time to join the Integrated Operations Finance team at IFF. This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Product costing and Finance Analytics.The OPS Finance Manager is a Business Partner to the Tlalnepantla plant manager. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and provide clear insights into the Operations performance and identify opportunities for additional improvement and productivity. You are constantly looking for way to improve and further develop our internal analytical tools. Through a wide and strong network, you can enhance financial awareness across the organization and ensure transparency on key financial indicators/targets.The OPS Finance Manager for Mexico reports to Regional Operations Finance Manager for the LATAM region.**Repsonsibilities**:- Provide Finance Analysis Support to the business with a strong focus on product cost reviews, unit cost analysis and productivity- Coordinate monthly production cost variance forecast by working closely with the Plant Manager and local leadership.- Coordinate the preparation of the yearly budget by focusing on the cost of revenue and gross margin evolution and identifying the key drivers and actions to help improve Business performance- Complete plant close activities along with related journal postings/reviews.- Play a key role in improving the overall forecast process and accuracy within Integrated Operations team- Support to the monthly Integrated Operations review- Assist the company in meeting productivity targets- Participate and support the Integrated Operations Finance team in various projects (Process improvement, IT improvement tools)- Provide support as requested to the Organization on product costing knowledge- Actively support and maintain an environment for strong internal controls- Actively support Operations with initiating and reviewing Capital projects (Build business case, Payback calculations, ROI, etc.)**Job Requirements**:CORE COMPETENCIES:- Strong computer/systems capability (ERP/SAP, Business Warehouse, Office)- Knowledge of standard costing environments preferred- Experience in a Manufacturing industry- Experience in implementing / improving processes.- Strong communication and networking/business partner skills- Consciousness of control and business ethics environment- Drive for results, Problem solving, Customer Focus, Strategic AgilityQUALIFICATIONS:- Education: University Accounting, Finance or Economics degree.- Experience: 5 to 10 years plant controlling in a manufacturing environment- Fluent in English and SpanishLocation: IFF Tlalnepantla
