**Job Summary**:*

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in a fully remote capacity, working 100% from home within Mexico. This role supports our physicians by managing patient follow-up processes, providing information on complementary treatments, and participating in the review of marketing materials and social media content to promote clinic services. The position adheres to Mexico's Federal Labor Law on teletrabajo, offering a structured yet flexible work arrangement.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Conduct remote patient follow-ups, including scheduling virtual appointments, sending reminders, and relaying physician-approved recovery instructions and progress monitoring.
- Assist in informing patients about additional regenerative therapies and services, based on medical evaluations and clinic protocols, without independent diagnosis or recommendations.
- Participate in the review of marketing materials and social media content to help promote the clinic's services, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and relevant healthcare norms.
- Collaborate with the clinical team via secure digital platforms to ensure high standards of patient education and support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, communication coordination, and incident reporting as needed.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:*
- Diploma or certificate in medical assisting, auxiliary nursing, or a related field from an accredited Mexican institution (minimum one year of study).
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is preferred for international patient interactions.
- Familiarity with Mexican healthcare regulations, including COFEPRIS standards for regenerative medicine and NOM-037-STPS-2023 for remote work health and safety.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, with experience in secure video conferencing and encrypted data handling tools.
- Ability to set up and maintain a compliant home office environment, including reliable high-speed internet and ergonomic workspace.
- Prior experience in patient care, administrative support, or digital marketing/social media management in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Residence within one hour of the clinic's location in Querétaro, Mexico, to facilitate occasional in-person attendance for training sessions or content creation activities.

**Employment Details**:*
- *Work Arrangement:* 100% remote from home in Mexico; no on-site presence at the clinic required for regular duties. The employer will provide necessary equipment and reimburse proportional costs for internet and utilities as per teletrabajo regulations.
- *Schedule:* Full-time, aligned with clinic business hours (typically Monday to Friday), with a right to disconnect outside designated times.
