What You Will Do: _**
- As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Information and Technology team.
- Assisting in the management and organization of IT documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports.
- Collaborating with IT professionals to run and analyze weekly reports, tracking project progress, and highlighting any deviations from the plan.
- Assisting in data entry and analysis, helping to maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and hardware inventory.
- Supporting the IT team in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team members.
- Assisting in coordinating IT meetings, training sessions, and other IT-related events.
- Assisting in setting up and configuring hardware and software for new employees.
- Supporting IT professionals in conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Contributing to IT-related internal projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and efficiency.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A student from Systems Engineering, Information and Technology, Computer Science or related
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology principles, concepts, and technologies.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT-related tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Enthusiasm and passion for IT and a desire to grow in the field.

- Basic Knowledge of Azure AD and ITIL Methodologies
