As a strategic partner to the business, you will:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to meet hiring goals across diverse functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, talent needs, and organizational culture.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by proactively building inclusive talent pipelines.
- Contribute to specialized recruiting programs such as university relations, executive search, technical hiring, or diversity-focused outreach.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles—from high-volume positions to specialized talent—ensuring alignment with workforce planning and overall talent strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
- Lead offer negotiations and closures in accordance with company policies and compensation frameworks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related HR discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
