**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with cost accounting, financial audit, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise or similar financial reporting software

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and complete financial records using JD Edwards and other accounting software
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support

**Skills**:
As an Accountant, you will use your strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports. You will also use your analytical skills to identify trends and inform business decisions. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support. Additionally, experience with JD Edwards, cost accounting, financial audit, and ERP systems will be valuable in this role.
